Internet TV Canada ("we", "us") handles personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

- Call details such as date, time and duration. Calls may be recorded for quality and training, and we tell you at the start of the call.
- Website data such as browser type, pages visited and referring source, through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use it
- To explain options and, with your agreement, refer you to a participating provider.
- To respond to your questions.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To meet legal obligations.
Sharing
With your agreement, we share the details needed for a referral with the provider you choose. We use service vendors, such as telephony and analytics providers, that process data for us. We do not sell personal information.
Commercial messages
We do not send commercial electronic messages without your consent, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You can unsubscribe at any time.
